tractor trailer flipped over on 695 that held up traffic for the ride up J.T. entering the Drain Plug Mindy on Trail 6 J.T. on trail 6C J.T. wedged up against a tree on the backside of Crawler Ridge Mindy flexing on trail 12 Blake driving J.T.'s XJ on trail 12 my front wheels hanging as I am high centered on the first part of Big Rocks front shot of my high centeredness and a shot of the other side since I had my camera out anyway J.T. on the same section of Big Rocks Blake spotting J.T. over the main obstacle of Big Rocks. this was right after I tried to climb it and couldn't get more than three tires up one of the several attempts it took J.T. to climb here, he just slipped and slid down into the cracks a little bit he had slid down a little more than the last pic shows, denting his door, and this is him trying to get out things are going bad here as we are trying to figure out how to get the XJ off after a blown bead the blown bead it's hard to see, but the rear tire is in the air. somehow, he is sitting on only one good tire and one flat one while the other two are in the air as the Jeep is balanced this is where we hooked a strap to my Jeep to keep the ass of the XJ down while we tried to hi-lift the front to change the tire after trying to maneuver J.T. off the rock, he ended up with his rear tire high in the air busted brake line Ryan's flop as he was playing around on the rocks. I ignored the warnings to move my Jeep and he ended up within feet of it. As we were standing around, AJ kicked over a dead tree which fell right on top of Mindy's Jeep an old CJ with the rollover protection his Dad fabbed up for him. it was meant as a joke and was not supposed to be serious i'm not sure who owns this Jeep, but I liked the way the rockers were designed Tom working the grill J.T. on the back part of trail 13 one of the guys from Cassidy's Customs on trail 13 some guy we came across a few times that day that we just had to watch as he ran Rock Creek. While his Jeep was lifted, it was not built for this and he had some balls to be trying it Dave from Cassidy's Customs burning some rubber on the rocks on trail 13 next to Rock Creek J.T. back on the first part of Big Rocks J.T. showing off by backing up the first part of Big Rocks the Yota guy making Big Rocks look easy this is right before he gave up coming down the rocks. with his height, he could not do it without leaning it into the tree me stuck in one of the mud holes on trail 10A J.T. stuck in the same hole throwing mud trying to get free more throwing mud as he got himself free I think this was the attempt that got him out Dave from Cassidy's stuck just as we were Dave getting himself free just a shot of J.T.'s busted lower control arm that I took while he was changing his tire from a bad valve stem wrenching on J.T.'s Jeep to replace his lower control arm pulling his axle forward with a ratchet strap

Meant as a release party for Flex on This, it was an awesome weekend set up by Tom and Lydia.

I ended up guiding a group on blue/blacks. Our group was small and filled with people I wheel with normally, so we made great time. By lunchtime, we had already ran all the trails we had allocated for Saturday, so we went and found more. It was those extra trails that cursed J.T. and did much damage to his XJ on Big Rocks which took a group of us to repair.

That night, we all got drunk around the campfire and ate all the burgers and hot dogs that Tom grilled up for us. I had my own beer, as I prefer Budweiser, but he also had Yeingling on tap just free for the asking.

Sunday was a little slower and we ran some easier trails. That didn't seem to help the XJ, though, as it broke even more. It was just a bad weekend for that Jeep and it was not happy with the many weekends of abuse it had taken. We did manage to get him] fixed up and he made the ride home without issue.

I thought I made out pretty good for the weekend as the only damage I knew of was from leaning the TJ up against a tree. The next day I noticed that my tires were not pointing quite straight and crawled up under the Jeep to discover that I had bent my drag link and one of my lower control arms. None of these are a big deal, but they mean even more cash out of my pocket.
