the usual poser shot before the trip my TJ at the trail head to 15. It looked really cool in the overcast lighting from the clouds, but my camera didn't capture any of that at the base of Big Rocks J.T. hi-centered on Big Rocks pulling him free just a shot to show the compression on the new springs here's the droop on the other side J.T. trying to avenge himself on Big Rocks me stuck on one of the little rocks at Big Rocks J.T.'s front Clayton long arm setup stuck on trail 13 just as it started to fill up. within minutes of this it was a raging river. J.T. with a blown bead. what I missed was the shot of him and Stu lying on trail 13 as it flooded fixing a tie rod. my camera is starting to suck and is screwing up a lot of pictures Stu's light carnage

I had a hell of a time getting a group together for this. Actually, I had given up on it until J.T. found that Stu wanted to wheel.

It was actually cool as I had just wheeled Gore with OCC the day earlier. link to those pics.

It was really cool being up there with the park being damn near empty. Once it started to rain, we realized why everyone stayed home.

Stu had some issues with his tie rod on trail 13 and was forced to fix it in the rain. When he started, there was a little water on the trail, but by the time he was done it was becoming a river. We tucked our tails between our legs and headed home.

The rain stayed bad and the ride home was tough because of it. To top it off, Stu lost part of his tire on the ride and had to swap it out on the side of the road.

There were things that sucked about the day, but it was still great. Nothing beats a day in the woods with your friends and your Jeep, so it's real hard to find anything to ruin that.
